Who is LLC Global Hub for? +

Businesses that arrange chauffeured transportation for clients, guests, or executives at scale: banks, hotels, corporate travel desks, and events teams. If your team coordinates more journeys than one person can hold in their head, the Hub is built for you.

Do you provide the chauffeurs, or just the software? +

Both. LLC Global is a chauffeuring company, so journeys booked through the Hub are driven by our professional chauffeurs, and the platform gives your team full visibility and control over every one of them.

How do our teams make bookings? +

Through the dashboard: single journeys, bulk uploads, or recurring schedules. Each team books for its own clients under its own cost centers, and every booking is confirmed with chauffeur and vehicle details. Your account also has a direct point of contact, available 24/7, for the times a desk would rather place or check a booking with a person.

Can our clients see where their car is? +

Yes. A tracking link can be shared with the traveler for their own journey. Your coordinators keep the whole live picture behind it: where each car is, how the drive is going, and any delay or traffic holding it up.

How does billing work? +

Every journey is logged against your teams, clients, and cost centers as it happens. At month-end you get consolidated invoices and exports that match your ledger. No spreadsheet reconciliation.

What does it cost? +

You pay per journey, at rates agreed for your account. The platform is not a per-seat license, so you can add coordinators, teams, and cost centers without the bill moving. We quote against your real route mix and monthly volume.

Who can see our booking data? +

Only your teams. Passenger details reach the assigned chauffeur and no one else.

Where do you operate? +

London and the South East are our own network: our chauffeurs, our vehicles, our dispatch, which is why the visibility goes all the way down to the car. Beyond it we arrange journeys through vetted partner operators, tracked and billed in the same Hub, so your team works one system wherever the trip is. Tell us the cities you actually move people between and we will be specific about which is which.

Which vehicles do you provide? +
